About the COREBASELINE

"COREBASELINE" is my own unique word defined as the established foundation of your core health - nutrition, fitness, spiritual, and mental. Overall well-being! It is the launching pad, the baseline, for going beyond the basics of healthy living, and for developing a sustainable long-term relationship with a fully vibrant and capable life, and for me, it is one that is lived in service to Christ.

I have always been a fan of the K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple Stupid) principle. The deeper I dig into information, facts, analysis, science, study results, history, theories, religion, and mental / human capacity, the K.I.S.S. principle reminds me to take a step back, to look at the big picture, to recognize the simplicity which is also inherent in the overly complex. I have experienced more than my share of over-engineering of the over-engineered, over-planning of the already over-planned, and the detailed over-analysis of studies and results to last me 20 lifetimes on this planet, and maybe 2 on a larger one. When it comes to health and nutrition I have thoroughly enjoyed digging into the studies, understanding the biological processes, the real results, memorizing the facts, and being able to serve them up eloquently in presentations and meetings. I am known by many as a "results-oriented" person, but the older I get the more I recognize that it's more about the simplicity of what can, and is, achieved, than it is about focusing in on overly in-depth analysis, and even just on the end-results. It is more about the simple fact that it is being done, and then allowing the results to simply follow. I am not opposed to digging into and understanding the facts, but that is not the purpose of this COREBASELINE website. This website truly is about keeping life simple, sharing simple and sensible processes, and enjoying great results. It's about sharing lessons learned and helping each other see the bigger picture, develop the COREBASELINE, and launching each other off to a vibrant and capable life.

I need to add this one fact - If you have a relationship with the Creator, the Lord of Eternity, He will lead you, with total simplicity, to the right things to do to maintain your health phyisically, mentally, and spiritually. God is truly amazing! Seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit and always seek His will through prayer and the signs He provides along the way.
